"EXTREMELY dated! Found a dead bug on my bedspread after the first night. Bathroom full of mold. Breakfast options limited. Front desk staff not friendly. Will not go back."

The Hotel behind this one had people hanging out around the rooms, and the smell of smoke, and liquor was pretty strong. It looked like a hangout for Thugs."

"Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. "

At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. "This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts. "The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. "The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. "
