"The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. "The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip."
