I read the other reviews- what is important to me is a clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in, safe parking, quiet room. This place had all of that. The room was big. The bathroom was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the ac was cold and blocked out any street and other noises. While the common areas are probably in need of some improvements, that isn’t as important as a clean and safe room. I would recommend this place. I did not see the pool or gym nor did I try the restaurant- so no comments on that. The check in staff was pleasant at every interaction.

The property was nice. The room was clean and i loved the soft crushed ice. The General Manager Angela C checked us in and was very polite and welcoming. She checked us out the next day as well and still displayed the same energy. I would definitely stay again.

We were going to a concert, and decided to choose this location. Not only was staff insanely accommodating and that was the easiest check-in ever, the mini fridge was out in our first room, I needed it because I had breast milk I had to keep cold, they switched us immediately. Absolutely easy smooth process! Will be staying again. As it was super close to the venue, and insanely clean!

The front desk woman was extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. We had some difficulty with the TV in the room, and after trying a different remote control with new batteries the problem wasn't corrected. She offered to move us to a new room, but we wouldn't have been viewing the TV for very long, so we opted to remain where we were. She thereupon gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was very considerate. We were very pleased with the service, and she was a very nice person to work with. BTW, the breakfast was quite good.
