"Self service breakfast in kitchen with all basic essentials. Modern an clean rooms. Stayed here before going on to central Rome, but wish I'd of stayed here! 2 min walk from train station. Getting to accommodation not straight forward from Ciampino airport as on the map it looks very close, but in fact there is a runway between so you have to get a bus( airlink) 15mins journey to go round to Ciampino station then walk to accommodation. It is not obvious when you are there as sign for pit stop is...

"The staff was amazing! From those at front desk, shuttle driver and restaurant staff! We hope to return, and wish we could've stayed longer. The property is well-appointed, secure (gated) , in a beautiful setting. The food on property was outstanding. There is nothing in walking distance, but with their shuttle service getting to Rome center by train was easy. Quick 10min drive to local airport. We left at 7:20 for our 8:30 flight. It was a breeze! "

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich. Die Lage ist super ! Nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter! "

"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night. Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep. Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."

"A lovely b&b that is actually more of a b&b villa! Newly refurbished or in a great condition, comfortable beds, daily cleaning, 4 min drive from the airport and close to several restaurants, shops and Rome. We loved access to the outdoor swimming pool and despite loud airplanes once in a while, we have really enjoyed our stay! The service was also professional and friendly! Well done and thank you!"

"Excellent room and bathroom. My room had a shared balcony with nice view. Location from city center is not close and the bad thing is that there is no pavements on the last 300m to the hotel (just grass)."
