The walk into the main area is quick and pretty And the hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic too and so nice to sit out and watch the boats going by.

It was a nice step away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy downtown district. It has a really nice patio, great restaurant and staff. The rooms are very comfortable.

Took a while to find it, google maps took us through a very difficult way and went through small bridges and looong walk to find it. After finding a different route it was convenient to get to public transportation. Clean and well maintained.

Great location, really nice apartment-like room, attached restaurant/bar is fantastic, and the staff were all friendly and courteous. We had a great 3-day stay. We even rented their hotel bikes a pedaled everywhere in Amsterdam on them. Highly recommend.

The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary drink on arrival—a thoughtful gesture that set a positive tone for the stay. While the property was clean and comfortable, it’s worth noting that it’s about a 20–25 minute walk from the city centre, which might be a consideration for some travellers. There was no air conditioning in the room, and with the weather being quite hot, we had to keep the windows open at night—something to be mindful of during warmer months.

The only thing we did not like was that taxi driver’s had no clue on where to drop off for Rooms 25 and you needed a special code to get thru the gates, so we ended up lugging our luggage a very long way from the drop off, over dirt paths and around some water, to get to the property.

This property is not really a hotel, rather it is a motel. Also, they prominently display pictures of beautiful bathrooms, but what you get is very different. Furthermore, what you get is simply not worth the money. The area is also not great. Lastly, when you finally get to chat with someone they are simply rude. We would not recommend this hotel at all. Stay away, there are much better options, some are even cheaper.
