Staff was welcoming, explained rules clearly and provided information when we needed it! Parking on site was great. Location is nice next to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to Amsterdam city center!

Room clean, fridge, tv, kettle by request. Sheets and towels clean. Hot water in bathroom. Heater works. Supermarkets and restaurants close. NO ELEVATOR. If you need the room to be cleaned you have to pay 15e. It's a one night hotel.

Although the stuff were very helpful the hotel had no facilities not even a glass our cup in the room. There was not even a machine to get drinks or coffee. The air cons did not work and there was a sign not to use them. It is sad as this hotel must have been excellent 30 years ago as it has all the makings of a really nice place in the past. The rooms to sleep in for a night would be OK, for longer stays a bit doubtful, as there is no lift and if you have heavy bags, it is not great if you are on the top floor. As far as the area goes the shops were close, with a bakery just across the road but it didn't have coffee. There is a nice bakery just up the road we went to every morning that was small but really nice. Lido supermarket was 200metres up the road that was handy.

The hotel is near "Zwanenburg, De Olm" bus stop where it is only 4 minutes walk away, and 17 min away by walking from Halfweg-Zwanenburg station and there are restaurants nearby. The room is clean and the staff are nice and helpful

This hotel is outside amsterdam 15 min walk to the bus or train station and 10 min to amsterdam with train. Is a nice and quiet area.

The lady in the pink apron was very very helpful could tell it was our first time in Amsterdam and showed us all the nice things to do such as tours, museums and experiences. Wasn’t bothered much afterwards and overall a very peaceful stay.

This is a very different place, considering it is a hotel. You get your room cleaned during your stay only if you pay extra. When we arrived, there was hair in the shower and soap in the walls. Staff is nice though. They try to help when asked Also any sort of transport not car is at least 18 min walking and fast

We were even checked in a little earlier, for which we are grateful. The room itself is not bad, a large comfortable bed, but the bathroom had a leaky ceiling and water dripping on the floor. Extra charge for almost everything, even for using the air conditioning. There is no bottled drinking water and you can't even buy it on site. The nearest train or bus stop is 20 minutes away on foot

Apart from weather was on off because time of year was perfect and because of price I wasn’t expecting nothing to amazing but sleep was comfy rooms was warm always parking spaces yet I didn’t drive there might consider , I will definitely come back for someone who was paralysed and couldn’t walk last year and I don’t like the fuss everything was easy access in the hotel, shops was close , train station was 15 mins walk activity to do near by, staff was very kind and helpful ,I would come back
