This hotel had terrible reviews and we set the bar low. I will say we were pleasantly surprised! Breakfast was good, eggs for hot food, frothy milk for coffee. Fresh croissants, bread, cereal, whole fruit, veggies and meat and cheese. The rooms were bigger than I assumed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is key! There is only one plug-in area about a little desk. Nine by beds for those with CPAP, but my husband slept with his head the other direction. They provided a hair dryer. And the best of all is the location is 15 minutes or less in walking distance. Including Central station. I would recommend someone else to stay here who is ok with no frills. Oh, there’s a lift too! We were on the 5th floor, and I read another review that they had to climb a ladder. Not true. Steps, but not crazy .

Rooms are disgusting and tiny, I had to leave immediately. Reception desk was empty for 20 minutes until I asked at the restaurant for help. I was immediately warned about pickpockets operating outside the hotel. As soon as I saw the room I told them I needed to cancel as the room was disgusting. The person at reception told me I could get a refund through Expedia. Expedia confirmed they could not refund. The messages with the hotel kept referring me to Expedia. Finally I challenged the charge through my credit card company and the hotel is now saying they don’t give refunds. This is a terrible hotel and no one should consider it

Værelset var MEGET slidt og lignede slet ikke det på hjemmesiden. Der var ikke så lydt som man skulle tro, men der lugtede en del fra restauranten nede under. Morgenmaden er meget sparsom men der er det nødvendige. Der var ikke så rent på værelset heller.

Great position, clean, tiny rooms, we were only offered help with luggage on check out, but the most frustrating was that you could hear all the other guests - when they were showering/watching tv/ in the passages/talking in their rooms, this meant for a very difficult and poor night sleep
