The staff was all amazing! I stayed for a week and never had a single issue. Room was clean upon check-in and the front desk is always available if you forget your key in your room ;) . I will definitely use this hotel the next time I visit Amsterdam. Dank je wel !

Hotel was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Short walk to tram stops aswell. I would say the only minus was very thin walls and I would wake up a few times at (saturday) night because someone coming and going or talking etc :D

Compact but exactly what we needed. Very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. There is a bar, restaurant and supermarket on the university campus a couple of minutes walk away that were all very nice. Centre of Amsterdam easily accessible by public transport. A great stay.

Was a female solo traveler and felt really safe here. When I came to check-in and had difficulties with my card, the front desk younger man was very nice and patient with me. Overall the room was clean, neat, and tiny.

A fantastic budget-friendly option for a solo traveller! I stayed here for 4 nights in April and couldn’t have been more pleased with my stay. A very easy 10 minute walk to the tram station, which was easy to navigate and arrive in the city centre in 15 minutes or less. My room was clean, comfortable and had good storage. I particularly liked the friendly reception staff, my firm mattress, the window in my room for natural light and the very modern bathroom. A 10/10 option at a great price for a trip to Amsterdam. I very much look forward to returning and recommending this hotel to my friends!

The WiFi was good. While the room was small and minimalist, it had everything needed. If you are staying solo as I was this is ideal. If you are staying with another person, if they don't mind less space then this is also a great pick, but if you want someone that really needs a lot of space then might not be ideal.

Don’t be put off by the overall look outside, it was clean comfortable and great for getting around on trams or buses Friendly and helpful staff. A bar and food a quick walk away, there was a film playing in the square when we were there I would definitely stay there again

Room was clean, secure and comfortable. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the website. Staff, overall were helpful and professional. Think that the state of the outside of the building needs to be addressed. Not nearly as welcoming as the inside. The small fridges that are provided for each of the pods don’t seem to get cleaned out regularly enough.

Our stay here was amazing! The rooms were clean, had everything you needed, well thought out use of space and spacious for a capsule style hotel. Fun touches of colour! Outside the room, the staff were friendly and helpful, loved that they had internal food options ( breakfast and vending machine ) and an external laundry!

Near the city border of Amsterdam. Area where the hotel is located is a little bit shaggy but the rooms and the hotel are perfect. Enjoyed my stsy very much together with my foldable bike.
