The room heating either wouldn’t start for hours or just wouldn’t turn on. Had to go downstairs multiple times a day for over four days to try and get them to try and do something. They offered other people different rooms due to the same issue and not me even when I asked multiple Times. On top of it House keeping never came to my room to either take trash or the exchange towels or floor mats. On the the outside of the building; it snowed and they did nothing to clear a bath or even Salt the front of the building. And to add the cherry on top they had construction next down starting almost every (including Saturday) day at or around 6am. So you will wake up to banging and shivering. The staff is nice but there was just to many issues to ignore.
