"People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Hotel lobby was well presented and inviting. I didn’t go in the pool area, however, it was clean and looked very nice. Hotel room was clean and ample space. Bed was very comfy and pillows were enough to keep my head and neck satisfied. Only downfall was the tv didn’t have an option to access apps- I would have liked to log in to my Hulu. Cable itself was okay- screen/shows were not clear - as in lines throughout but it didn’t have to do with the tv just the service itself. We frequently visit the area and this will be our go to when we stay overnight. Price was affordable and reasonable."

"The building is oh so cool! And it's nestled blocks from Washington and Lee and in the heart of historic Lexington. We arrived too late in the afternoon to enjoy the nearby shops, but we look forward to doing that on our next trip (this was strictly an overnight, pass-through stay). However, there was a very distinct, unpleasant smell in the lobby when we arrived. In talking with other guests, we weren't the only ones who noticed it. Thankfully, the smell didn't permeate into the room. The room was comfortable enough, but it wasn't meticulous. One of our drawers was broken, some age/wear/dust on the shoemolding, etc ... but nothing that would make us not want to stay there again. The pillows were AMAZING! One thing missing that would have been nice to have would be a dorm/hotel-sized fridge in the room. We travel with medicine that needs to be refrigerated, and this would have been helpful."
