"We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others."

"Perfect room and location for travelling out of Manchester airport. The pub offers a good choice of drinks and food which we took advantage of on the evening. As we took an early flight we couldn't take up the inclusive English breakfast and so took up the takeaway breakfast option of a juice and cereal bar. These are ok, but having done this twice now it would be better if the hotel alongside their inclusive breakfast rates offered a slightly reduced room only rate for these occasions. That...

"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. "All staff excellent service. When you are guest of the day however you should be told what it entails on arrival or at least in the card. We were told nothing, so obviously couldn’t enjoy the extra experience "
