"We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others."

"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. "Had a good stay for one night prior to flying early in the morning. Room was basic but clean with a good shower and facilities. We were facing the road but did not hear the traffic. We had a pizza and a drink at the hotel which was very nice. Very convenient location on the airport with a few minutes walk to terminal 2. Would stay again. "

"This is a great hotel for an overnight at the airport. Clean, well appointed rooms and welcoming staff. Only downside was the shuttle has change, we booked a specific time and as we arrived in reception the shuttle drove off. Staff said it would 15/20mins before it was back so we chose to walk to the terminal at 4am in Jan. Two mins after leaving the hotel the shuttle returned but we wee already at the edge of the property and couldn’t risk going back to only see it sail off again. Lost the cost...

"The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. "
