Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. So many cushions on the bed that when you removed them they took up most of the available floor space! Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Dinner ok, but nothing special.
