Super friendly and great service. food also were big portions Hotel side were very attentive and informative especially when i got a flat when i got off the freeway. "Great location! Several beaches and restaurants within a short walk. The room was clean, no issues with the keypad or access. All room ammenities were in working condition and balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean and marina. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Theyve created a a fun, refined & relaxed atmosphere which made it feel less commercial and more personalized. The service we received on top of that was top notch. This will definitely become my new spot in Redondo!"

"We stayed in room 163. Our shower head was completely broken, & with how large & heavy it was - it can definitely pose a safety risk. There were ants in the shower & also the toilet paper holder was broken. The WiFi is a solid 0/10. It absolutely does not work no matter where you’re at in the hotel. "The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Beds are super comfortable. My only issue is upon check in I had my service dog with me. I made it clear she is working and is always with me. I was charged a deposit and parking fee upon check in, obviously normal. After checking out and being home a few days I noticed an unusually large charge on my card statement from the hotel. When I called to inquire I was told I was charged a pet fee, that was a little over 80 dollars. I was never told this...

"Great hotel! We had a small issue with the hot water knob. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes maintenance came and fixed it! Amenities and breakfast were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again."

"In general the Redondo Inn and Suites was fine. The room was small but it most of the required features. The bed wasn't that great. I'd rate it a 3 because it was too soft. The mattress was of poor quality, apparently made with metallic springs. The shower spray was minimal, with barely enough water to take a shower. However the tv and other furnishings were fine."

"Parking in this hotel is easy but it seems the number of parking lot is not sufficient. The cleanness of the double queue bed room is basically, especially for the bathroom, the shower is perfect! I feel if the hotel could improve the variety of breakfast (currently there are milk & waffle), it will be more attractive!"

"Check-in was easy, and the staff was knowledgeable in what they were doing. The room was very humid and sticky which you can expect by the beach if the window is wide open. The beds were extremely loud. Just turning sitting down getting up to use the restroom or anything made a loud sound that woke up our seven-year-old son in the bed next to us. There is like a metal under bed cover or frame perhaps? That is extremely squeaky and loud. It honestly sounded like somebody closing a dumpster lid....

"The room had many insects and spiders around the bed… had issues with room card many times…. And the main problem is the towels … whenever I ask for towels it is always out of stock and i had wait for hours and hours to get towels….. I won’t recommend this property"

"Although it wasn't what was depicted in the pictures, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the provided pans, plates, utensils, dishsoap and drinking glasses (upon asking) worked well. Shower water got hot quickly, freezer and stove worked well. Parking was well lit and never too crowded. On the downside, the fridge I had did not get very cold, and the floor was dirty with some missing/broken tiles. My card stopped working a few times both for my room door and the outside...

"This hotel is one of the best ones in the area. Our room was very clean and so was the entire property. It is very close to the beach and offers great breakfast options. The entire staff we encountered were all so very kind and helpful. Will stay here again!"

"The hotel is in the perfect location, by the beach and by restaurants. The staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The valet service attendants were great. They placed all my luggage in my room and picked it up and placed it in the car when I was ready to go. I wish I could have stayed longer."
