"The worst hotel stay ever!!! The bathroom clogged and we called front desk at 6 am to get help because water was gushing out of toilet.The lady on duty said the engineering was not available.We called again and asked if we could go to another room to bath and change clothes.The front desk clerk told us yo go to the front desk to pick up keys.We asked why they couldn’t bring to us.She said that she couldn’t leave front desk.We kept calling and they gave us the runaround.They finally got someone...

"I love the view of the beach and ocean. It's at the end of the boardwalk so still close to everything but more quiet. The staff has always been so nice and helpful."

"Tv didn’t work - they changed us to a suite that had a tv that worked - very responsive Front desk person - pool was drained and Probably hasn’t been filled for awhile They should have mentioned that on the website before booking "
