"Clean room, however not enough space in a king room. One person fine, two are on top of each other. You could hear everything above, below and beside you when people about about. View was great, tv was very large so great. I did not try out the breakfast bar. Loved the proxmity to the mall. Walkable. Staff was very accommodating. All in all the experience was really good and and I will choose the hotel again when I am in Columbus."

"Our room was nice. The shower was not well cleaned. Hair and dirt on the ground. Someone was having a party in the pool although we had to sign a contract saying “no parties”. In the morning, there was no free breakfast nor could we order fresh breakfast. We were offered the usual continental buffet for nearly $20."

"Had to switch rooms 3x as the first 2 rooms had a connecting door and people/tv very loud. Bathroom in all 3 rooms dirty, disgusting. Bathroom door couldn’t close as too big for the frame and even if we could close there was no door handle. Stains on white bed cover, tub filthy and sides of tub exterior all black mold and drain area rusted and showing dry cement. Words can’t describe. I do have pictures. One outlet cover had no plate and hairdryer was so dirty I wouldn’t use. Smoke detector was covered with Saran Wrap! Positive, room with beds was ok and counter outside of bathroom was fine. (Other bathroom counters we saw were cracked and filled with what looked like cement)"

"Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down to get them as nobody was working other than the front desk person. Asked why no room service or at least necessities replenished by day 3 and they told us they only do room service after 3 days so would be there once we check out AFTER the 3rd night! Ridiculous. My wife told the front desk we checked in on the Hilton app and had the digital keys and asked for physical ones as well and they said “you’ll be fine with the digital ones if you just use them”. The room was so dark it was like nothing I’ve ever seen at a hotel. 1 of the 2 elevators worked the whole time. Not a massive deal but just compounded all of the other problems. Just really, really disappointed in this property and stay and feel for what we paid, we did not get our money’s worth and could have had the same treatment at a cheap dive motel for much cheaper! Certainly not Hampton Inn & Suites level quality, that’s for sure."
