My toilet backed up during the night. I went down in the morning to report. I was handed a plunger so basically it it yourself. This was my first and last stay at a Hilton Tru. I spent entire working career traveling and staying in hotels and this is a first ….FYI maintenance. The breakfast buffet was very good.
