"Great breakfast each morning. The eggs were real eggs. Not rehydrated from powder. We actually saw the employees bring in eggs. The employees were very accommodating. The rooms were so clean. Beds were very comfortable. The sheets were great. I am a freak about the sheets not being dingy. They were bright white.😁 The floors were not carpet so the room did not smell like many hotel rooms do from old carpet smell. The hotel had front, and back doors with parking all the way around the building....

"The smell of my room was not okay. I disliked going into my room. I'm not sure what it is, but it's not good. Also, the gym was always packed. The hotel is very dark, and the lighting isn't very good, which made me feel depressed."

"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything...

"Hotel was nice , however we were very limited in the pool. They require guest to have a wristband for the pool area and my daughter had a few guest over for her birthday and they would not accommodate us with extra . They told me I would have to purchase an additional room. Which I have never experienced at previous hotel. The breakfast buffet was great though.overall the stay was ok"

"Parking did not have Disability disgnated parking. Door has blue Disability sign but no switch to operate. Hallway and elevator has musty smell. Room is clean. Bathtub floor has standing water Bathroom towel set were incomplete - only one hand towel, no face towels. No password provided. When asked, the staff member simply said it was written on a piece of paper. Upon checking, the piece of paper had the room number, not the password."

"This hotel looks fine from the lobby but the rooms are filthy and run down. When we entered our room there were several flies flying around, the linens look so worn and overused, and there was a musty smell. We checked out within an hour of checking in. Expedia agreed to refund us if the hotel was amenable to a refund but the manager refused. He was also very short and curt, and the Expedia agent said the manager hung up on him when he called them."
