Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! "First of all the location of the property is good, close to the beach but when we reserve the apartment we paid for a 1 bedroom 2 baths and balcony, they put us in a horrible 1 bedroom with no balcony really old kitchen and a bizarre dark energy, after couple of hours when I checked the receipt to be sure what had we paid for the management switch us to the right apartment we had reserve, so the experience was okay but I don’t think we will go back there."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Before booking a 2 day birdwatching tour to Minca, I asked the front desk if it was ok to leave my luggage in their storage room overnight and pick up the next day. They said yes no problem. Then when I checked out and wanted to leave it there, they said their manager said no unless I was staying there. That put me in a annoying situation...but luckily the tour company was able to keep it at their office in Minca. So, I am not happy with service because of this episode. Other than customer service, the hotel is ok."
