"Such a beautiful stay! Regardless the small city it’s located. The hotel is more than AMAZING!! And the staff members are really kind and attentive. We enjoyed every single minute in our stay! And I would like to highlight the delicious breakfast with various of choices and the sweetest fruit ever! If we visit Santa Marta again. We will definitely stay there again :)"

"Our stay at the hotel was alright. It was three of us in the room but unfortunately everytime we recieved towels we would only be restocked with two and only provided the body towel rather than a hand towel as well. The shower in the bathroom also looked and sounded like it was about to fall off (picture attached). The pool was nice and the area is quiet but not too much to do around. "Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all.
