"The check in was really good, all staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room was really comfortable, could have benefitted with a small sofa but we used it as a base so not an issue. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice, freshly cooked and plenty available. Would definitely stay again when travelling to Liverpool. The hotel facilities were excellent and clean in the common areas. Thanks Holiday Inn. Was a brilliant weekend."

"Beautiful hotel and great location. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation and our rooms were ready early for us to get ready in. Staff always friendly. Bit of a mix up with our food but the food we had and cocktails were great. Stayed here a few times as also dog friendly. Thoroughly recommend it."
