"The hotel looks impressive. Staff were very attentive. The room was nice, spacious and a nice temperature. There were a few crumbs, fluff and a receipt on the floor so could have been cleaner. The biggest disappointment was the lack of biscuits. Perhaps swap the shoe shine kit or shower cap for some biscuits. "In 25+ years of travelling this is in our top 5 (maybe top 3!) places. Location is 10/10. Cleanliness is 10/10. Staff service and friendliness is 10/10. Really liked the split layout for families that gave some privacy when travelling with our 15 year old. Breakfast was a bonus too!"

"Loved staying at this location. Had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, dining, train and metro station…. The only thing I would like to mention was that the shower pressure was just ok and there seemed to be some drainage issues with the shower. But other than that, we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to booking this location again in the future!"

"This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has a great choice and hot food English breakfast is well cooked.
