"Stayed for one night, a quick family trip. During check-in they offered me an upgrade, I said no as it was too expensive and they didn't push me on it. I was early for check-in and the room wasn't ready so we had to return. When we returned, they did upgrade our room for free which was very nice of them. Had a view of the falls and the fireworks. Breakfast was nice but it get's busy, suggest you go early if you can. The pool was nice and the hot tub was large. The parking situation wasn't the best, if you don't opt for the valet or VIP you have to park off site, a 3-4 minute drive away, and take a shuttle bus. Aside from that, good hotel. A little bit of a walk to get to Clifton area, 15 min or so. "

"Did not actually stay at this property. We were booked here but received a call day of Check In that the plumbing in the building was not working, so they rebooked us at Hilton. Never actually set foot in this hotel but I appreciate the call ahead about the issue."

"View of the falls, room very nice..walking distance to different restaurants and transportation. Close to the finicular lift that will take you to the falls."
