"Absolutely top notch! Location was perfect, staff and building were beautiful and in great shape, the ROOM!!! OMG perfect...small but just the home base you need to explore NYC. My ONLY suggestion: a small fridge and coffee pot would have made a HUGE improvement...especially missed coffee...POD NYC if you could add those amenities it would be a ten out of ten! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Do not let the photos fool you the pool area is a big let down. Also rooms are not well maintained shower makes a loud noise throughout the night and sink constantly dripped water. The bright light was the staff who were all very kind the whole trip."

"Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems. "We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "I like that it was so close to practically everything. I didn’t like that the staff stated my room would be bigger compared to the one I was going to get…felt like it was small already. I liked that I didn’t have to leave the hotel if I wanted to get something to eat late at night although I didn’t because I was out most of the time and stuffed my dace outside but I liked that option.
