There is no laundry or dry cleaning services, there is only one hot tub for the entire hotel, there is no room service other than cleaning (and they will come in your room whether you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door or not), the included breakfast is not worth it since there is much better food within a 2 min walk. "We just returned from a 7 night stay at the buffalo mountain lodge. We loved it. The staff is top notch and down to earth folks. Everyone treated us with respect and a friendly smile. The room was very comfortable and clea. We will definitely stay on out next visit."

"This hotel was lovely and you could tell it was quite new. The rooftop hot tubs, fire pit and sauna was the highlight. The hotel offers bus tickets for the duration of your stay which was nice as it’s not too far to walk to downtown but when the weather was bad it was so easy to just jump on the bus. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely, we did grab pastries from the take out side of the restaurant one day which were disappointing as they didn’t taste fresh at all."

"Hudson helped me book a few local adventures and also told we where to see wildlife +, the room he reserved for me had an outstanding view and met my wife’s physical needs (no stairs) very well . Food at the Bistro was great..location of hotel is remote (in the forest), yet very close to town and has shuttle for guests."
