"Respectful, friendly, helpful front desk staff! Loved the small touches ex the comp smores station. Good breakfast. Had hoped the "restaurant" & bar had more full service and food/drink options though. Property so nicely decorated. Loved the giant metal pinecones, the fire pits and the nice space to sit outside and eat some takeout or have a drink. Nice rooms, with balcony, just a little small though. Comfy bed and plenty of comfy pillows! Thank you."

"Great property, they were sold out so we couldn't get an extra pillow or a fan and it was hot. But the property is beautiful, and nicely maintained, front desk very sweet and helpful. One complaint the restaurant had poor customer service , the manager seemed annoyed , and it wasn't a very friendly experience both times."

"Nice retro renovation, very inviting. Pool courtyard is great, Palm Springs vibes. Our only complaint was the room we booked that sleeps 6 had all the beds clumped together, no privacy & translucent glass on toilet door. Other than that, place was great."

"Excellent location, well designed layout of rooms and walkways, Chilli's restaurant is attached to this hotel and was great. However for what we paid, the tub drain could have been cleaned out by staff so the water flows and also the TV's are way behind the times; its time for an upgrade and ability for patrons to sign into their own Netflix accounts (streaming accounts). The towels were clean and the towel policy is great for multiple night stays. They do need to ensure the pool towels are kept...

"Beds and sofa beds were comfortable and the pillows also. The staff for the most part were very friendly. Rooms were quite small, but we only stayed 2 nights and it was fine for that. The Evergreen restaurant where we were sent for breakfast was really mediocre"

"Beautiful location with acres of hiking trails. Gondola ride up to lodge was fantastic. Room was clean, staff were amazingly helpful, and restaurants had a great ambiance. We had brunch but it was more of a continental style. Is a destination and not a casual drive-in location. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in a nice quiet location outside of downtown. It's easy to get to town with bikes or driving to the free parking train station. Staff were always very helpful with advice. Additionally the free use of bikes, bear spray, etc are very convenient."

"Our guest room is in Annex building, which was flooded a few days before we came. The service crew were pumping the water from the flooded basement all day long, making loud noise. No elevator available for that reason too. The parking lot is rather small. Each car parking space is very small too. You will have a hard time to park a large vehicle. No everyday service, but you can ask for fresh towel"
