"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We needed emergency accom due to cyclone our accom at Crowne plaza was fully packed. The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. "We absolutely loved our time here. We stayed in a beachfront villa and our kids LOVED having a private pool, and I loved the beachfront hammock. The villa is a great design, spacious with two large bathrooms, the outdoor shower was a great feature. Having a washing machine and dryer was also incredibly useful. Basic kitchen (no oven).
