"What an amazing hotel. The location is perfect. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We used The Harvest restaurant for breakfasts, which were among the best we have ever tried and dined at other on site bars and restaurants at the Crowne Plaza during our stay. A special call out to the manager, Mr Kumar who leads a highly professional team. Our rooms were spacious,the gardens stunning, the staff so welcoming and the facilities well maintained. We can’t wait to come back."

"The atmosphere at Bluewater is so relaxed and welcoming. The staff are so friendly and helpful - and Nunu's coffee is cafe quality👌The rooms are simple but clean and the pool is divine. Just a short walk to the beach where you can sit with a cocktail and watch the spectacular sunsets. Excellent value for money. The only thing that would be an improvement would be access to a kettle, but there is a fridge and microwave."

"Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. Photos are nothing like the actual room. Very run down. First room was very dirty and cockroaches in the bathroom. Asked to be moved to a different room. Staff were nice and moved us but room was in similar condition. Tv wasn’t working, was told someone will come to check but no one came."

"Worst hotel ever. They says they provide airport shuttle and promised to pick from airport but they won’t . I waited 2 hrs , called them, they will be like on the way and finally after 2 hrs took taxi. They won’t even provide drinking water. When you ask them they are like you can buy from the restaurant. Shower in washroom not working properly. While check in they told breakfast is at 7 after breakfast they will drop at airport. Then at night they called and told bus is at 6 am to airport so if...

"Room 201 was spacious, clean and was pleasantly suprised with balcony outdoor sitting area. Staff were efficient in checking. In processes.overall a good stay , small improvements may include provision of towels and working aircon remote. Will definitely stay in future"

"The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights. The one thing I will say is that the entire bathroom wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was semi-opaque glass, which was a bit awkward as two friends staying together and i could anticipate this...

"Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall."
