"Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection every morning. It had everything you could ask for on a family holiday, with beautiful pools, plenty of activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We couldn't fault it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for families visiting Fiji!"

"The Terraces is a good stop over, it was great for two couples as we each had our own room and ensuite. Bonus was the ability to do our washing, and they kept a bag for us while we were away for a week. Only thing was that the airport transfers aren't free."

"Would definitely stay here again, staff are friendly, facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. Food is typical resort pricing but there's a shop a short walk from the hotel and taxis to town and the airport were around $20fjd each way so pretty cheap."

"Late check in and the security guard had to go and look for the receptionist. Receptionist made me check in and fill out all my details on the iPad, I thought that was there job? He looked grog doped as he had his plate of food on the check in counter. Then we requested late check out the next day as he had agreed due to the late check in time. The staff the next morning were so pushy with check out. But we're helpful when explained about the late check in. Clearly communication gap."

Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall."
