"Crowne Plaza resort in Nadi Bay, exceeded our family’s expectation. The amenities were perfect! Right as we were getting out of our shuttle at the resort, Fijian drums went off and staff greeted us, making us feel so welcomed. Tevita, helped us to our room and daily would say hi, like we were long lost friends. We had a chance to meet Kiti, at the bean cafe, who would go above and beyond for our kids with any yummy pastries. Esther, helped us book a great speed boat tour to explore...

One of the quieter accomodations on the Wailoaloa beach front which I really loved as you’re still in the middle of it all and have a peaceful retreat. Lovely views from the pool and dining area. "The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights. The one thing I will say is that the entire bathroom wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was semi-opaque glass, which was a bit awkward as two friends staying together and i could anticipate this...

"The location and premises were amazing, lovely building, facilities, and views. We stayed in a bungalow. The pools were gorgeous and beach lovely to walk and swim in. They could do with a second sweep through of the pools for bugs in the afternoon, but when requested they did it happily. The restaurants are rather expensive ($8 for a can of coke compared to $1.5 in town). Would recommend bringing lunch foods and drinks for room. "Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall."
