"The room was clean with a view of the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our flight was really early in the morning and a continental breakfast was served from 4am. Would definately recommend this hotel if you are flying from Liverpool airport."

"Nice hotel in the Wirral. Nice facilities such as Bar, restaurant, gym pool etc however gym and pool isn’t included in the stay, you have to pay extra and also parking you have to pay extra.
Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I had to ask about the pool and had to ask about breakfast times, they didn’t tell us anything until I asked.
Room was spacious but too hot and no air con.
Bath needed a rinse before I could use it"

"1st night was terrible but when approached the staff where excellent and throughout the stay extended by 2 nights to 6 in all could not have done more.

"The location is amazing. Has the potential to be a great hotel. Staff was not stellar. Not willing to help and down right rude in the N64 lounge.
Ask for a room opposite side to Mathew street, that’s where music venues are located, and it’s super loud until wee hours of morning. They had no air conditioning when we arrived, so for the 2 nights with them we had to rely on fans to stay cool. We asked for a late check out to noon (from 11am), but they would have charged us a fee, so we negotiated...
