"Very friendly staff, close to stores, clean, pool and hot tub great "

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"Everything was great about the hotel very roomy big room thing was beautiful except the air conditioning did not work in our room very good. We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit"

"Close to the airport, it’s a 15 minute walk to the hotel but they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff is friendly and readily available to answer questions. The restaurant in the hotel is on the expensive side and food is fair. I will still stay because of the proximity to the airport."

"Everything was fine. The beach is so overcrowded and the pool is too. The pool is very small. The beach is public so tons of people. Everything is an upcharge, we very much felt things were expensive even by Hawaii standards. Service and meals at the restaurants were very good, especially lunch. The room didn’t get cleaned til like 5:00 every day but it was ok. The spa was very nice and the outdoor huts for massages were so very nice. "We didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our stay, out of choice. The staff was nice and service in all areas was great. They acted quick during the storm to not disrupt any services. "
