We had wonderful lounge experiences with the Maiko performance and the tea ceremony (which my kids loved) because it was "just enough" for them. "Impecable room and service, but since I have food allergies, it was complicated, In Hiroshima at the Hilton hotel they did have options like gluten free soy sauce. Considering the price for this luxurious hotel I think they should consider food allrgies on their menu."

"Nice size and clean room. Balcony have a view of the lake, we had the onsen on the balcony which was a plus. There is a small weather proof tv if you are soaking. The staff are excellent."
