"Great location and great staff!!"

"The hotel is in good condition, but there were a couple issues that ruined the experience. The mattress seemed to be pretty old, since it was sunken in and was not comfortable. The shower drain was clogged and caused the bathroom to overflow with water, and the TV in the room didn’t work. It turned on, but no channels or anything was working. Not even the screen mirroring. I raised the issues with the reception staff. Seems like they took care of the drain, but they didn’t do anything about the TV. I raised the issue again, but I was told there was nothing they could do except change me to a new room, which was pointless since I was leaving the day after. It’s a shame since it was my first time staying at a B&B hotel and it looked promising at first."

"Easy check in, the receptionist was lovely and got us extra pillows when we asked. Parking convenient in the multi-storey. Easy walk into Bruges itself, or public transport available on the doorstep. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower! Only niggle was the window doesn't open much so the room was hot on a 23° day (air con didn't work either). Basic (no kettle and shower is right next to the bed, but you know that on booking) but will do for a short stay as just somewhere to sleep!"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Our issues began the moment we arrived; after checking in, we entered our assigned room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We were forced to take all of our luggage back to reception and wait for them to find us an alternative room. The room layout was highly impractical; the toilet was separate and extremely cramped, which was a major issue for my 6’7” husband. Additionally, the sofa bed for our son was rock-hard and hadn't been made up when we checked in. To finish the stay, housekeeping knocked at 9:00 am, despite the 12:00 pm check-out time. Poor attention to detail and very uncomfortable. "

"Your staff were a credit to you, simply brilliant and faultless, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent too, breakfast also excellent, thank you. My only criticism would be the additional cost for parking, which we felt was excessive. "
