Great location

Amazing location in the centre of Ghent. Spacious family suite. Breakfast was great. The curtains were a little short so was a bit bright in the morning. Be aware does have parking but you need to reserve a space and it you have to pay for it

I had a wonderful stay at this charming family hotel in Ghent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect - close to attractions and easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay.

Ideally situated nice little hotel in Ghent

Athough there is no reception, everything was fine and the breakfast on time. Irina, the responsible for all, was very kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in the city.

Felt like we had our own little apartment in the heart of Ghent. Was clean and had a nice "Honesty Bar" where you could grab drinks and snacks and just write down what you took to pay at the end. Also had free food (bread, eggs, meat, cheese, etc.) which was nice to make a quick sandwich. Close to everywhere you'd want to go. Recommend!

Poor house keeping

Great location / and enough space for Family to move around . Stayed on the top floor which is a major inconvenience when you have heavy luggage because there isn’t an elevator. Biggest issue were bedsheets had blood stains on them !

Awesome, spacious Ghent VRBO

We stayed 1 night here for our trip to Ghent, myself and my two adult sons. The two rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The location is great, in a neighborhood with good restaurants and shops, but an easy walk to the square/tourist areas. We enjoyed the downstairs "honor bar", very convenient. Only a few call outs, the communication pre-check in could have been better. We were waiting the day of to learn of the check in instructions which were finally relayed in the afternoon over What's App. An email or text a few days prior would have been better. We had to store our luggage elsewhere while waiting to hear and I was actually getting concerned that I might have to rebook another option. Also, as other reviews have noted, there's no elevator so if you have heavy suitcases and are on the 4th floor, it's up to you to carry. Would stay there again for sure.

De familiekamer was ruim, comfortabel en over het algemeen netjes onderhouden. Alleen een (dode) spin op het hoofdeinde van het bed was een klein minpuntje. Het ontbijt werd op een persoonlijke manier aan tafel geserveerd in plaats van het gebruikelijke buffet – iets anders dan we gewend zijn, maar verder niets op aan te merken. Over het algemeen vonden we het verblijf wel aan de prijzige kant in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Al met al toch een aangenaam verblijf in centrum Gent!

Perfekte Wahl für einen Besuch in Gent. Sehr zentral um die Stadt zu erkunden. Schönes Haus, Zimmer geschmackvoll und sehr sauber. Großes Lob an Irinia für ihren freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Service. Das Frühstück war super. Auf Wunsch mit Tiefgarage. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
