My stay was very poor, starting from the complimentary shuttle bus service which I had confirmed in a reply email. The person holding a sign with my name was not at the airport upon arrival as promised. It took THREE phone calls and around 45 minutes for a driver to arrive. After checking in I noticed there was not a kettle, coffee or tea as advertised on your site. There was also no working safe (had no batteries) which I contacted reception about and they said they will fix it, no one came. I mentioned about the safe the next morning and of course was promised it would be fixed, again no one came to fix it and I just gave up. My next disappointment was that the fridge did not work, the TV continually froze and was not watchable, then on the second day the TV displayed a message that said there was no subscription and was unwatchable anyway. I did not bother reporting the TV or fridge because I considered it would be a waste of time judging by the apathy of getting the safe fixed. The wi-fi was OK majority of the time, but often did drop out over my stay. The young girl at reception was very nice and tried to help as much as possible, however I could not say the same about the the more senior reception staff. The bar and restaurant staff were good. The final insult came on the day of my c heck-out when I was woken at 2.30 AM by a man from reception who said he thought I was supposed to be checked out, why this was done at 2.30 AM absolutely bewilders me.
