Our initial room wasn’t great, but we were moved straight away. The staff are very lovely and the new room was very comfortable. The hotel is quite isolated so if you want to go and switch off and not visit anything then this is the hotel for you. Good was really good in both restaurants

Beautiful location. Lovely pools. Our room was right off the adult pool, so nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed how quiet it was. If you wanted to go to Ao Nang beach they had a shuttle. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

Hotel comfort and aesthetics are great. Enjoyed the hotel spa as well! Hotel is away from the center hype area, so if you are looking for some peace and quiet you can consider this hotel. Hotel also provides free shuttle (on a schedule) to ao nang downtown.

A real gem, peaceful, quiet and tranquil after a number of weeks travelling. The resort is set back from other areas, so there is limited local restaurants, however Godle is very close and very good. Other amenities and shops are over 30minutes walk. The hotel has bikes, my only feedback whilst free they do need servicing and ensuring that they are in good roadworthy condition. Thank you, we had a great stay. Good breakfast and lively staff at the breakfast service.

The staff were amazing especially Bee on reception she was outstanding, going out of her way for us to organise and help us, so friendly and beautiful, she is to be recommended and recognised for her service to the Seashells hotel. Also Rena was the travel organiser she was extremely helpful in organising days trips and taxis for us. She gave us lots of advice and was very competitive with her prices, we had an amazing boat trip to all the islands. We will be back for sure. The accommodation was beautiful, views amazing and all staff lovely. Great location, beautiful views, pool was amazing. Overall amazing place to stay.

The property is very nice but there are hardly any dining options. It's a very limited menu in the one restaurant they have and the same is available for room service. For a property that is 20 minutes away from the main tourist area, there really should be more food available. There are also no restaurants nearby. One other small issue was that the kids club restroom has no soap which is very strange.

The ShellSea has incredible views and an opportunity to be superb but is generally underwhelming in all aspects. Nothing is especially bad but for the price point it feels like a check box 5 star exercise rather than one of quality. Spend a few pennies more and experience a drastic uplift at places such as Rayavadee, Phulay Bay, Dusit Thani, etc.
