"Great staff clean micro hotel near tons of food and shopping the meth and drugs outside on the street are the only downside but overall i loved it "

"There’s no pool or hot tub as advertised. The pool view room overlooks an unfinished hole in ground - you pay more for an eyesore. The room is so small you can’t even fit to walk around the bed, probably 9 inches of space between the edge of the bed and the wall. "

"I did not have Bfst. My room was very noisy, there was a fan going outside my window in the roof and the fridge was over heating. Alos this is not a safe location at all to stay. "

"Uncomfortable beds and pillows Other guest are loud at all hours, lack of respect for others and no notice of any enforcing for quiet hour by hotel staff. Breakfast very basic and bland, could offer a lot more and better set up."

"Everyone was very kind and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for walking to the Milstein Hospital. Limited food options but coffee was great and lots of restaurants were available within walking distance. "

"Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. Not much for amenities, but didn't come for that :) "

"The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner."

"The hotel room are very dirty the entire room smell weed bed sheets are dirty floors dirty all common areas are people smoking weed yelling slamming doors screaming all night i can't sleep really bad experience. "

"Host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and simple, exactly what I needed for this trip, and everything seemed clean and easy to navigate. There is an excellent pizza place down the street and the building wasn't far from the subway or from buses. Had a great experience and would stay again!"

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."
