"Hotel was well kept and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only comment is there are a lot of steps across the property so be prepared for that. There is a shuttle but runs every 5-10 mins and can get filled up quickly and often. "

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . "We got the grand pool villa and it was the best decision! This resort is absolutely breathtaking. We were speechless upon arrival. The staff was so amazing and accommodating, it made our stay so much more enjoyable and seamless. The room was so clean and the free snacks and drinks in mini fridge was awesome. We felt so taken care of and we would definitely recommend coming here! We also got engaged here our first night and they somehow found out and made it so memorable by decorating our room! "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great stay! Great beach. Wonderful stay. Across the street from the hotel you can find some restaurants a couple shops and massage spas but generally the area is all for this hotel. A more lively area would be up the road at Kata Beach. However it’s a short walk or a short Grab ride. This area is better for kids. The resort has plenty to do and really caters to you if you have kids. They have babysitting service as well. "
