"Great hotel in a perfect location overlooking Vevey with easy trip in to town via the funicular. "

"Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year."

"The property maintains the old style but in a renovated and modern way. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

The style of the hotel is sadly sometimes not matched by the elegance of the guests who should try to at least dress appropriately when drinking in the lovely terrrace bar. "We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "

Management company provided excellent service and went out of their way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon. Added bonus was the housekeeping.
