The staff, the view, and the location are the reasons for my rating. From check in to check out, we had a great experience. The rooms are well done and modernized. They are also super clean. Open the windows and doors and enjoy sheer beauty. Location is really walkable to shops and food but also straight out to the lake for miles or walking. Fantastic!!

This is our second stay. We love the lake views from our room’s balcony and the location. Easy to walk to restaurants nearby and we really enjoy the lake walk to the Chateau de Chillon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a free upgrade to room with sea-view (Thank you!). The location is awesome. It's convenient for shopping, dining, bus stops, railway stations. And most of all, it's right next to the lake! The view from balcony is unbeatable. Breakfast is served with a big varieties, and dinner is superb. Would love to stay next time in town.
