Excelent luxury hotel in Gstaad
It was a pleasure to stay once again in this superb hotel. Very traditional with an excelent service, bar and restaurants. The spa is magnificent with an indoor pool and a heated area outside. Free shuttle service to Gstaad including from and to the train station.

Another amazing stay in Gstaad
Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year.

The Palace is still the best hotel in the world.

ホスピタリティに溢れる素晴らしいホテル
2019年2月以来の再訪でしたが、前回と同じく素晴らしい滞在でした。
案内されたお部屋は清潔で明るいインテリアでした。
到着日は夕方から雪が降ってきたのですが、部屋の窓からの景色がポストカードのようで何回もビデオを撮りました。
ルームサービスやハウスキーピングなども電話でお願いをするとびっくりするぐらいすぐに来てくれました。
レストランやラウンジのスタッフもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれ、全てのスタッフがホスピタリティに長けていました。スパもプールも広くてとてもよかったです。
私たちのロストラッゲージもコンシェルジュのリズは根気よく空港会社に電話してくれ探し出してくれとても感謝しています。
100点満点以上の滞在でまたすぐに泊まりたいホテルです。

Une référence en matière de palace
Séjour très agréable, en famille, dans un lieu exceptionnel, élégant, reposant. Confort absolu de la chambre, personnel globalement de qualité (très variable cependant au niveau des restaurants). Dommage qu'il ne nous ait pas été précisé au début que nous avions droit à un crédit repas journalier. Le spa est par ailleurs très esthétique, magnifique décoration!

Nice hotel
The staff is very nice and the service is very professional. You eat well in all the restaurants.Room could be better... The spa is very relaxing and there is a fun indoor jacuzzi that bring you to an outdoor jacuzzi. There is a big slopes to get to the village but it s walkable, village is 7min walk.

Great hotel with very good service unfortunately they put us in a small room next to the kitchen exhaust and we smelled the kitchen our entire stay. When you book here make sure you do not get room 604!

une belle adresse
Le charme du classique allié au confort du moderne, nous avons adoré nos 3 jours dans cette adresse de renom. Tout était parfait, avec un surclassement qui nous a permis de laisser dormir notre enfant sur un canapé-lit, les douces soirées dans le jardin grandiose, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Seul bémol, l’organisation de la terrasse du restaurant, difficile de savoir à qui s’adresser. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Amazing Hotel in Gstaad
Amazing hotel in Gstaad with a superb service, restaurants and bar. The Spa and pool are excelent. Just the price is not very atractive but you get what you have payed for.

..un soggiorno d'altri tempi!!
È stato un piacevolissimo viaggio nel tempo, accompagnati da uno squisito Staff di persone professionalmente ineccepibili, e nel contempo umanamente straordinarie. Fantastica la location, superlativa l'atmosfera che emana tutto l'ambiente. Camera calda e intima, Spa certamente all'altezza, colazione esaustiva per ogni esigenza. Ristorante di gran classe, con piatti superlativi. Un grazie particolare a Luca!!!

Hits and misses
Das Gstaad Palace ist soeben von einem Schweizer Business Magazin zum besten Ferien-Hotel der Schweiz gewaehlt worden. Nummer 1 oder Nummer 10; gross sind die Unterschiede nicht und irgendwo zwischen 1 und 10 wuerden wohl auch wir das Hotel einstufen, ABER;
Unser Nachtessen am ersten Abend auf der Terasse war nicht 5*. Es hatte viel zu viele Gaeste (= profits, no doubt) und die Bestuhlung war etwa so, wie ich mir sie vorstelle auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff fuer 4,000 Gaeste... Fuer die Hotelgaeste haette es meines Erachtens einen von den 'Touristen' abgegrenzten und ruhigeren Teil geben sollen. Dort, mindestens, haette auch die Kleiderordnung einigermassen stimmen muessen. - Am naechsten Abend waren wir im Le Chalet zum Essen und waren nicht wenig erstaunt, als uns dort das Menu der viel teurerer Terasse ueberreicht worden. Nach einem "boesen Blick" wurden uns dann die normalen und wesentlich 'billigeren' Menus gegeben. Ebenfalls ein unwuerdiger Versuch fuer 'profit at any cost'? Aber wenigstens war das Essen an beiden Orten ausgezeichnet...

It really is a Palace
From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by professional personnel. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic restaurant and terrace where the hectic of the outside world is forgotten. The variety of food is particularly note able. An Indian chef who would give some of the best known chefs in London a good run for their money. It's a Palace and as a guest you know it is. A great place to pamper yourself for a weekend and longer.

Palace ist top
Klassisches Grand Hotel oberhalb Gstaad gelegen. Was man erwartet wird auch erfüllt. Top Hotel. Unser Zimmer war zwar nicht riesig aber sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen in sehr schönem Ambiente (Le Grand Restaurant). Das Palace hat sicher seinen Preis, den ist es aber wert.
