"Liked the amenities of having a mini kitchen, washer and dryer , room was big , bathroom was big , beds were comfortable . Front desk was helpful . What we did not appreciate was those staff standing by the door or entrance would not even offer to help with the luggage’s seeing us having a difficult time hauling thru the front entrance , we stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Josun Busan and Hotel Intercontinental Gangnam and they see us struggling with our luggage’s , they meet us even outside...

"朝食のビュッフェはウェスタンスタイルなので、あまり韓国の食事が楽しめないです（ロッテエグゼクティブタワーも同じくです）。ソウルで同クラスのホテルにいくつか宿泊していますが、一番メニュー数が少ないと思います。それが残念でした。 午前、午後、夜の時間帯にサロンがオープンしているので、景色を楽しめながら、ちょっとした休憩ができるのが大変良かったです。"

"Fantastic location just next to the Shinaegae Department Store and directly connected to the subway station. We have booked a “Large Suite” and it was indeed large with awesome decor and Korean touches, super comfy bedding and modern luxurious bathroom including a large bathtub and additional rain shower with superb water pressure.
