"I wanted to share a comment following my recent stay. I understand from both the hotel and my credit card issuer that the incidental deposit was refunded in full in KRW. However, because the deposit was processed as a charge and later refunded, I incurred approximately CAD $64 in foreign exchange costs despite not using any incidentals. "The family room was fantastic. It was the perfect size for a family of four, with plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was equally impressive, and the bath was absolutely huge. Honestly, I couldn't fault either the room or the hotel.

"Highly recommend this property. It was just what we needed at the end of long days out exploring.
Amazing service and friendly staff.
