"ホテルのサービス、スタッフの対応、部屋、屋外プール、朝ごはん全て素晴らしかったのですが、地下鉄の駅からホテルの入り口までの移動が大変です。 バスもありますが、10分おきで何かと不便です。到着したときは、スーツケースをひいて歩いていたため、ホテルのサービスとして車に乗せていただけましたが、それ以外は車のサービスはなく、暑い日にホテルの入り口まで階段で昇るのはとても辛かったです。 待機している車も多いので、宿泊客だけでも車で送迎をしてもらえるようサービスを工夫してもらえたらと思いました。 特に日本人観光客は地下鉄を利用して滞在するので、立地を考えると選択として外すことになってしまいます。満足度がとても高いホテルなので是非検討していただきたいです。"
