"Excellent stay! Fantastic hotel. I feel my husband and I could be brand ambassadors to the Thompson hotels but we absolutely love the Savannah Thompson!!! Staff wonderful and on the ball, room upgrade upon check in, beautiful corner river view room. Complimentary cold beer upon check in. Tesla hotel car was again super bougie and convenient. "We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was thoughtfully designed and the decor was gorgeous without feeling overdone. The pool was incredible and such a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The location could not have been better and close to everything we wanted to do. "Did not care for the room. No real aesthetic. Not warm-feeling. Very stark. Felt dated and old. Nothing at all special or memorable. Loud noises coming at all times from all sides including the hail.
The pool staff was less than attentive to say the least."

"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."
