"The resort was very nice and mostly very clean. However, service was was simply bad. Servers didn’t care to serve much at all, room cleaning was poor, towels weren’t replaced, snacks weren’t replenished, I would say 80% of people visiting are English speakers and the comprehension of English was very poor by all workers at the resort, one day room wasn’t serviced at all. "The hotel is descent, nothing to rave about but not much to complain either. We didn't get to use the beach due to high amounts of seaweed but that happens and out of anyone's control. Rooms are spacious, some plugs and outlets malfunctioned but not a big deal, a bit of a mildew scent which was not pleasant. Entertainment in the evening was lacking but they tried. Food was ok.
