"Our room was dirty and smelly. Food and drinks were okay but you get what you pay for. Pool could be maintained better. My kids got sick with some stomach bug during the stay. The front guy upgraded us for family suite which was nice first but as I mentioned it was dirty, smelly and far away from buffets and pool. Overall I would not go back there but it was cheaper than other hotels."

"The property it self was very nice and clean. The night entertainment was very nice. Kids club was horrible. We have been to other princess resorts and this one is in the lower end. My wife had food poisoning on the second day there from eating at the snack bar. There was no stuff by the pools or beach you had to go get your drinks yourself and don’t waste your time at the restaurant the buffet was much better. It wasn’t the worst all inclusive resort we been too and definitely not the best....
