"The bed cushions were great, and I felt very comfortable. As a Japanese person who is not very good at communicating in English, I felt reassured because all the staff spoke slowly to me. I wanted to enjoy my first meal in London outside the hotel, so I didn’t use the food options. I received sweets and sparkling water through the greeting service, and they were delicious!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Mayfair Townhouse. From the moment we entered until the moment we left everyone was so friendly and gracious. The location was wonderful near stores, a mall and a beautiful park right across Buckingham Palace. Getting a cab was easy with the help of the staff.
