"Amazing property, history and arquitecture, however the service was not the best, i was there 5 years ago with my husband and the service was outstanding compare to this time around. Sadly, it has left me with a disappointing feeling as this is an outstanding hotel.
Please ask foe late check out and they informed me that we were OK to stay until 1 PM. However, they keep pressuring my dad to leave at noon the room and told him that he was past his check out time, really rudely and he was going...

"We recently stayed at Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences.
On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, and we truly appreciated the staff addressing our initial room concern by upgrading us to a much larger room with a king bed. The spa experience was also excellent — one of the highlights of our stay.
However, our experience after the spa at the rooftop pool fell short of expectations, especially for a hotel at this...

"The ubication Is the best .Is in the wall city, close to restaurants ,party boats,mall and shopping stores.
The View from my room was amazing and the staff very kind and attentive.
