I appreciated that this wasn’t a typical hotel full of people. It is housed on one floor…maybe two. There is 24/7 security at the front door. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had a nice size shower. And the balcony gave the best views of the Clock Tower. You heard music all night and all day - that just speaks to the culture in Cartagena. I had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony…and that’s where I spent most of my free time. Soaking up the sun and relaxing. The continental breakfast was sufficient and well presented! I would recommend this place and stay again if I came back to Cartagena.

The room was great — really big and clean. The place is perfectly located right in front of the Clock Tower. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can get a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers might notice it. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and we were happy to stay here.

I had the best experience at Terrazas Hotel Boutique. Their exceptional hospitality, and a safe and secure environment were the best parts. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Great place to stay in Cartagena just a few steps away from the walled city center. Good view of the city center tower area from hotel room balcony. Felt very safe. Attentive staff. Hotel is on the 5th floor. Guard on the 1st floor let's you in and you take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Room was clean and good breakfast.
