"The property need more maintenance, the halls are so dirty , the bathrooms has a lot of mold and the elevators was out of service during the all stay! First and last time, the resort needs a lot of remodelations !!!"

"Room wasn’t great. It wasn’t too bad, I’ll say my master bed/bath was really spacious! But I booked the renovated room, but got an older one after unfortunately paying for the new room. What happened was we wanted to check in early since we had a red eye flight and wanted to drop our things off in the room and settle in. They gave us whatever was available at that time (~2pm) and it was the old unrenovated room, but we decided to stay since it was right next to the main pool - the Mystic Dunes...

"Room and property amenities were excellent. A room close to the pool was not great. The pool closed at 11 and kids were screaming up until then. Also, fees were different than listed on Expedia website. Listed as being around $56, but was charged $71 at the hotel. Resort fees and parking were assessed in this fee. Otherwise, the room and pools were exactly what we were hoping for on a last minute trip to Disney."

"We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was lovely and clean. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool.
Cons: price does not include water park tickets but they have a package that comes with 2 for only a few bucks more. Just make sure you read which one.
Water park is ONLY open from 10-5. This was a huge disappointment. It does say it online but you have to search for it.
Hotel is absolutely just selling rooms. Zero hospitality from the bellman to reservations. No one can be bothered to help.
