"We had a few issues on arrival with the room, but the management team made things right for us the following day. We were very happy with the room facing out onto the Savannah river. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip"

"Johnnie, the spa manager was absolutely delightful and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience. Tanner was my masseuse, wonderful and understanding of pressure preference. The bar staff was friendly, I had a wonderful lunch and dinner. Front of desk staff ensured that I was accommodated appropriately for what I purchased through Expedia when it did not match what was booked. "Great property for pets, only a few steps from a great park for bathroom trips for pups. Have stayed here several times. It is near all the good places and love that you get a free drink per night to make up for the city fee. The bar here is great. You won't be disappointed. The only thing we did not like, is they did not have the ability to cast to the TV if you are trying to watch football in your room and they did not have the channel (we were looking for SEC network). "

"Stayed here for a last minute Labor Day trip!! The hotel and staff beyond exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return. We spent most of our visit hanging out by the pool and enjoying cocktails during the afternoon. The bartender was super fun and gave us great recommendations for the evening we had ahead of us!! Can’t wait for our next visit. "

"Lovely historic property, in the most beautiful area in Savannah, other than being on one of the actual squares, but definitely don’t take that as a criticism! We had a quaint, street level suite, which was perfect for me, since I am somewhat disabled (although I don’t think that it would be wheelchair friendly, as there are some stairs to get in and around the suite, and to get to reception and the parlor would be impossible). They went out of their way to provide me with the perfect shower...

"Everything about the Azalea Inn was wonderful. The inn itself is beautiful and full of history, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Ask for their recommendations about what to see and do. The breakfast and snack times were fun and delicious too. Hoping to come back here in the future!"

"This is a very unique place, and it was the highlight of our trip to Savannah. The historic nature and the excellent wine and appetizers for early evening sit dow,n as well as the wonderful breakfast which we had served on our balcony, made it even more amazing! Worth every penny!"
